  • We have a 3-4 week lead time before commencing your project.

    • Our marketing services are charged by monthly retainer fee. This establishes an ongoing working relationship, and resource allocation to ensure priority access to the services provided.

    • It is a rolling agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.

    • Billing for our services is structured to be paid one month in advance.

    • A one-time set-up fee is required to cover the initial strategy, planning, learning of your industry, and your business' marketing goals.

  • We ensure deadlines are met through agreed communications turnaround expectations. An email response time of 48 hours (excluding weekends) from both parties is required for timely delivery of the services.
